Full armor, complex guns or other weapons, characters with complex designs, detailed clothing, etc. I'll let you know in case the fee is needed. It doesn't apply to sketches, though.

⚠ IMPORTANT TIP ⚠
Please be specific about your commission. If possible, send me as much references as you can. It makes my job much easier and prevents multiple corrections. Also, you'll be much happier with the result!
Payment and process
Payment via PayPal only.
I ask for 50% of the total payment upfront. Upon receipt of the fee I'll make a sketch with the concept for the artwork. Once the sketch has been approved, I'll proceed with the commission.
Progress updates will be provided via email with watermarked screenshots. You may request small changes, however a major change will require a renegotiation of the fee. When the work is done, a watermarked version will be emailed to you for final approval. By giving final approval you are agreeing that the work is complete and the last 50% the total fee is due.
The process described above does not apply for the sketches, since the drawing is more simple and the fee is kinda low to be split. In this case, I will ask for the 100% upfront.
Upon the receipt of the payment in full the artwork will be provided in a high resolution PDF and PNG files emailed to you.
refunds
About refunds, I can give a full refund before I start working or in case I can't deliver the full artwork to you. However, if I've already started, I won't return the payment.
timeframe
I try to avoid giving exact dates just in case the artwork requires major modifications, something unexpected happens or I have many pendant commissions, but usually the timeframe is 2 weeks to 1 month. If you need an specific timeframe though, we can negotiate to see if I’ll be able to deliver the artwork in time.
Usage of the artwork
The artwork is only for personal purposes and can't be used commercially. Feel free to make a poster, a shirt or something like that for yourself or as a gift, but please do not sell it.
Do not remove or cut my signature from the drawing.
Do not claim the art as yours.
